If you want to pay for the registration and insurance between now and then, I’d be happy to.

With 4Runners on CL, I usually have to copy the mileage into Excel then add commas. Y ou see, my brain is in tuned with normal cars, where a 19,697-mile version would be awesome, and this deal is solid.
Unfortunately, Toyota 4x4 and Jeep math is like a whole different basis. I just dropped a natural log in my pants.

I mean, the VIN’s in the ad...the last time I used the dog picture I obscured the plate for whatever reason, so that’s what I had.

On one hand I’d like to meet you, but on the other hand you know what they say about meeting one’s heroes.

Yes, I’m sure you’d be disappointed. It’s still not official yet. We will be in Oakland for a family reunion in mid June , then we’ll have about 10 days to go somewhere. I’ve never been to the PNW before, and my kids have never been out of the country. I traveled to Seattle/Vancouver/Western Canada back in the mid-80s, so it’s been a long time.

It's amazing that a car with essentially 200000 miles could be sold for ten grand and then flipped for profit

Pretty much any one u can get ahold of will b good for ‘another’ 100,000 miles. Bought a 90 in 96 had 99k on it....ran it to 279,000. Put 2 clutches in it, it ate a valve too. Turns out there’d been a recall that ended 6mo s B4 mine was made. Local Dealer did valve for parts. I did Not baby this car. Worst thing was front discs were subject to serial warping. Almost bought a pair of expensive ceramics to remedy it. Whatever you get Ione to do with, you won’t be disappointed. Broke my budget for a 2015 at CarMax. Reckon I’ll put at least 179, 0 00 on it before even close to through.

200k miles and asking over $10k? Washingtonians must be smoking some serious stuff....

I take it you’ve never actually looked at prices on these. A t that price someone will buy it and flip it at a profit somewhere rustier.
